Dr Fran Ogu is a Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Dr. Fran is specialized in treating Children, Adolescents, and Adults with mental and behavioral health disorders. Dr. Fran holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Grand Canyon University Arizona, a Master of Science in Nursing, and a Doctor of Nursing degree from Walden University Minnasota.
Dr. Fran’s experience, dedication and warm personality make her standout in her field. She is a recipient of the prestigious accolade of the Sigma Theta Tau National Honor from Walden University for her outstanding contribution in the nursing profession. She also serves as a clinical instructor (Contributing Faculty) at Walden University Minnasota to give back to the community from which she benefited most.
Dr. Fran has worked as an Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with Prescriptive Authority and her wealth of experience is mainly in areas that include: Out Patient Clinics with premier mental, physical and emotional health services.
Dr, Fran has a unique skill in managing difficult children struggling with ADHD to improve their mental health and wellness as they grow. She also has a vast experience in managing clients and families experiencing Depression, Bipolar, Anxiety, Trauma, Schizophrenia and other challenges. She knows the best way to work with these clients and families to create a calming and trusting environment. Her passion is to help her clients gain the necessary insights and skills to be successful in handling various life challenges.
 Dr. Fran uses the most recent advancement in medicine when treating different psychiatric disorders. She believes in individualized, holistic, and evidence-based treatments. Her vision is to improve access to quality care while embracing and investing in the mental health of individuals.
